Shrubs are an acidulated concoction of fruit, berries, aromatics, sugar, and vinegar. Trailing the mixology revolution, they’re adding a new zest to hand–crafted cocktails. Their fruit–forward flavor blends a perfect balance of tart and sweet.
My solution was to create a blend between local ingredients and premium satisfaction. Revitalizing the established Shed line to enhance their growing seasonal shrub assortment. Incorporating hand crafted details emphasize the vibrant fruit flavors.
